Castlevania: Lords of Shadow PC spotted in Steam registry

A Steam registry update suggests the possibility that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is coming to PC.

Konami has already committed to bringing Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 to the PC, but it might be letting players catch up with the first one as well. A recent update to the Steam registry suggests that Lords of Shadow is coming to the PC soon.

The registry update spotted by DSOGaming (via RPS) was fairly recent, having only popped up over the weekend. Konami hasn't made a formal announcement, so it's hard to tell just when the game might become available. Shacknews has contacted Konami and will update as more information becomes available.

If you have not played this yet, get it on a Steam sale. Then play it, then love it. Hopefully it is a good port.

It would be nice to play the original before the sequel.

Agreed. I'd absolutely buy this if it were a reasonable price.

The game was pretty damn good imo. I have it on my PS3 and if this comes to Steam I'll buy it again to have it on PC. I say just buy it if you're a Castlevania/God of War fan. It's worth it!!

      i might actually play it.
just one question: how's the difficulty? NES standards?

Not even close to NES Castlevania 1 difficultly standards, but it does have its moments. The block/dodge mechanic can be irritating, but once mastered you'll be G2G.
