Beyond: Two Souls coming October 8, Willem Dafoe joins cast

Quantic Dream's cinematic game Beyond: Two Souls is coming to North America on October 8, Sony has announced. The release date announcement came alongside another recognizable casting choice to join the protagonist played by Ellen Page.

The PlayStation Blog announced the date, plus word of pre-order bonuses. GameStop pre-orders will receive the "Special Edition" of the game, which includes a Steelbook case, behind-the-scenes features, soundtrack, PS3 dynamic theme, and PSN avatar bundle, along with an additional scene as downloadable content.

Finally, Willem Dafoe (Spider-Man) has been announced as playing Nathan Dawkins, described as "a government scientist who works with Jodie to analyze her powers." Check out the first trailer featuring Dafoe's character, and an interview with the actor, below.
