Gamnesia (via Gamespot) looked through the source code of Destiny's official pre-order page and found references to numerous platforms in addition to PS3 and Xbox 360.

Bungie COO Pete Parsons strongly hinted at the possibility of a PC version of Destiny, telling Penny Arcade Report that "from the ground up, from the very beginning, we have made sure that [Destiny] can be on multiple platforms."

"Imagine the group of people we have upstairs," Parsons said, after being grilled about a PC version. "Imagine the games they like to play, and that I like to play."

Of course, the appearance of these platforms could be standard practice for Activision, who may have injected a multiplatform template into the page's code. Still, considering how the publisher's biggest games end up on every platform imaginable, it seems likely that Destiny will appear on many more systems than just PS3 and Xbox 360.

If you look at other Activision game sites, they have the same code in them. It seems like it's just a template that covers all major platforms they use on their sites. BLOPS2 is/was the same.

Blops 2 is available on PC, not the best example.
