New BioShock Infinite screens show off combat

BioShock Infinite already has many people excited for its March 26 release (including Jeff and Steve), but if you really need any more enticing, developer Irrational Games has released four more screens showing off some of the combat and environment in Columbia.

Many are excited for BioShock Infinite's March 26 release (including our own Jeff and Steve). Continuing its slow marketing drip, developer Irrational Games has released four more screens showing off some of the combat and the environment in Columbia. There's also a shot from the video seen at the VGAs where Elizabeth is about to bean Booker with a book (appropriate, no?) after he drops in on her unexpectedly.

Death from above, or at least impending death from a skyline.

Looks peaceful. But we all know looks are deceiving.

This guy was obviously blown away by these shots.

I find it interesting that the book Elizabeth is wielding is titled The Principles of Quantum Mechanics. (This is an educated guess, though, considering the last word is obscured.) It says a lot about the differences between the real world and that of BioShock. If I'm not mistaken, the term "quantum mechanics" didn't come into use until some time in the early 20th century.

      Geek out.

Can't see the word mechanics at all.
