Genocide is a thorny issue but Orcs Must Die! 2 handles it with gusto. The action tower defense sequel, now toting two-player online co-op, will launch exclusively for PC on July 30, developer Robot Entertainment has announced.

Robot's announcement doesn't drop any hint as to what the bonus content promised for people who own the first game on PC will be, though. The original hit Xbox 360 too.

Our Steve got to play OMD! 2 a little in April, and seemed pretty pleased.

      Well, it's about time. The reason I stopped playing the first is because of the lack of multiplayer.

        haven't played the first one yet because you couldn't rebind keys, has this been fixed?

          No clue. I didn't mind the defaults and used a gamepad most of the time anyway.

            Oh, so the gamepad works flawlessly now? I recall having problems setting up traps with it.

            oh, I recall having trouble setting up traps on walls with the gamepad, if this is not the case anymore I'm off to install it when I get home!
