Change is coming to the Rock Band world with the announcement of Rock Band Blitz. The next game to carry the name will be a downloadable title on PSN and XBLA played with a standard controller instead of plastic instruments. The single-player game will be all about tapping along to any of the 3700+ songs available in the online Rock Band catalog. Fans have a new reason to hope for a proper Shadowrun RPG. Creator Jordan Weisman has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund a 2D, turn-based tactical combat RPG for iOS/Android tablets and PC. And it's opening day for the MLB, which makes it a great day to fire up MLB 12 the Show, or start trying to win that million dollars in MLB 2K12.
