EA Sports MMA Demo Enters the Ring on Sep. 28

2
A demo for EA Sports MMA will be released on September 28 on the PS3 and Xbox 360, taking players to the world of mixed-marial arts as imagined by Electronic Arts. We last saw the game at E3.

The demo will include four fighters across two weight classes--heavyweight and middleweight--in "Fight Now" mode for single bouts.

Fans can take control of current STRIKEFORCE heavyweight champion, Alistair Overeem, or utilize the brute strength of former professional wrestler, Bobby Lashley. The two middleweights featured in the demo are predominantly Jiu-Jitsu fighters - the top ranked Jake Shields, as well as the always entertaining Jason "Mayhem" Miller. By sharing the demo with friends, fans can unlock "Classic" Randy Couture as a playable character in the full version of the game.

The full version of the game will be released on October 18 for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
