Other than the wonderful graphics and the feeling that you are Batman, that game didn't really sit well with me. I just couldn't get into it, which was disappointing because I love Batman. It just felt like a brawler with a small amount of exploration and stealth, based on the demo. While I know that a demo is not always entirely representative of everything in the game, I think that if the combat is the same throughout the game, it just would entertain me at all. Hopefully this next one will have some increased exploration, because I would love to use that grappelling hook more often.

The demo had a heavy focus on brawling. There's more stealth and puzzle solving in the full game.

I thought it was an amazing game. I'm eagerly looking forward to this. Hopefully there is no Joker though.

There is, the Joker was in the premier trailer at the VGAs last year and Mark Hamill has said that this is the last time he will voice him.

He said that about the first one. I'm pretty sure that he and Conroy will pick up the phone anytime DC wants them.

Then you let the demo deprive you of a fantastic game that wasn't at all obsessed with brawling. You should remedy this situation immediately.

If you only played the demo, I encourage you to try the full game anyway, you only saw a small fraction of the stealth, puzzles, detective work, and storyline. There's even side-scrolling dream sequences.
