Electronic Arts has released a new trailer for Skate 3 showing off the game's "urban playground." In it, catch a glimpse of new bails, brawling, hidden characters, and... zombies?!
Skate 3 will be released on May 11 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A demo is available now for both consoles via PlayStation Store or Xbox Live Marketplace.

replyHmm somehow something is missing from this game, oh thats right.... blood. I just can't help but think that some of those spills and burns would be pretty messy. It just doesn't look right without blood. Like for instance, you splatter all over the pavement and get back up and you have bloody dripping knee's or scrapes on your character and vise versa.

Yes i also noticed this as well. Nothing seems very fluid. Twitchy movement and over the top rag doll physics.

Thank God! People are noticing this... I challenge anyone to play Skate 2 and Skate 3's demo and tell me their isn't a difference in mechanics on the fluidity of the characters.
Skate 2 actually showed scraps and bruises on the elbows and knees and clothting. Take your character and put white clothes and short shorts on them and you'll see what I mean.
While I'll pick up Skate 3 for the ability to create Skate parks, Skate 3's animation department isn't Skate 2's, that's for sure....
