Sony's "Spring Fever" PSN Discount Program Returns

2
Sony will be rolling out the digital discounts throughout the spring season, beginning with Gravity Crash (PS3) and Everyday Shooter (PS3 or PSP), both now $4.99 (down from $9.99) for the next week.

Each week, Sony will discount new games, bundles, and content spanning its PS3 and PSP downloadable libraries.

Additionally, each purchase will net you a voucher for one of five special avatar costume pieces for use in PlayStation Home. Male avatars can assemble a "stylish bee outfit", while female avatars can create the "fashion-forward flowerpot costume".

Hrm, so what are the PSN games to watch out for? I have bought 3 so far:

Pixeljunk Shooter - Loved it. Co-op games where I can carry my girlfriend are gold.
Fat Princess - Hated it. Got swept up in the hype and bought it right away, never played it beyond a week.
Flower - This was okay, but it really isn't a game. It was more akin to popping bubble wrap.

I would recommend both of these. Everyday Shooter is a completely unique experience that everyone should try, and if you liked PixelJunk Shooter, you'll probably have some fun with Gravity Crash.

Aside from those two, definitely check out PixelJunk Monsters and Eden.
