There's a few gameplay videos floating around. loots mostly just like L4D, other than being in daylight:

Imagine if they put in a "laser painter" or something where you could call an airstrike or a can of hairspray and a lighter.
I would like to see more weapons, and also think it would be cool to have a certain number of randomly generated weapons for campaign play instead of everyone being able to get whatever weapon they pleased.
For example you might find 2 m4's and a hunting rifle, and you have to decide on the fly who takes what. That's one of the things I like about l4d. Every playthrough is different. Although there is a general strategy to each campaign, you never really know exactly what lies around the next corner. -

Called a Charger. Seems like the ... "charging guy" from Gears of War. Runs in a straight line and destroys people in it's path.
hunter, boomer, smoker are all in there and the witch instead of sitting on the ground crying, now wanders around (at night she sits and cries, during the day she wanders around).
There's supposedly more.
