More Counter-Strike 1.6 BETA

126
Well, this week is simply Counter-Strike week. Love it or hate it it's by far the most popular online FPS action game being played right now. The upcoming 1.6 BETA release on the Steam 2.0 platform will be the biggest stress test yet for Valve's newfangled idea of 'content delivery' for the internet. Here's a bit more stuff to look at before the release on Thursday:

- Video walkthrough of de_airstrip @ Fileshack.com
- CSNation's in depth preview of CS 1.6 BETA (Well done)
- The official BETA changelist as it stands now (Subject to change)

If you feel like saying 'yeah I'm tired of CS, god wont this game die' etc in the comments here just save it and we'll all act like you made a really clever and witty remark about how old and dated CS is or some insightful comment about gameplay etc.

    Thanks Steve!
I think the changes are for the best if you look at the big picture, but we'll see how it plays out. Seems to be geared to more tension and more teamplay.
