Apolyton has the readme for the upcoming 1.29f patch for Civilization 3. This new patch will be released on Friday.

Not much in the way of gameplay changes, but a lot of new editor features/fixes. I can ADD improvements and techs now...might actually get me to try and use that editor.

  -Added Fortify All and Wake All right-click menu commands.
  -Added "Always Renegotiate Deals" prefs which forces a renegotiation of every non-peace treaty deal every 20 turns.
