More SimStuff tonight...the new issue of WIRED Magazine features a brief bit from Will Wright in their "Readme" section, where the creator of The Sims talks about what he's currently reading. While that in and of itself isn't particularly interesting, he does hint at his next project, which sounds suspiciously like a SimUniverse type game. Here's his quote:

Life of the Cosmos, by Lee Smolin
"I'm currently working on a universe simulation game and have been reading a lot on recent discoveries about our galaxy, stellar processes, and astrophysics. Most science books are camouflaged in technical jargon - they sound deadly boring and dry - but Smolin comes across more like Richard Dawkins or Carl Sagan, and he makes it all interesting in much the same way that we'll need to in the game."
