While The Game Awards had a good deal of updates on games we already knew about, there were plenty of brand-new titles revealed. This included Immortals of Aveum, a new EA Original that’s being described as a first-person magic shooter.
Not much is known about Immortals of Aveum, it's been confirmed to be a single-player game. The developers have also called it a "first-person magic shooter," which we get a glimpse of during the tone-setting reveal trailer. The game is being built in Unreal Engine 5, and Ascendant Studios is promising a "visceral, cinematic campaign."
