On this April 23 edition of the Shacknews Dump, Discord decided it wasn’t ready for commitment and remains free from acquisition for a bit longer after rumors of talks with Microsoft. That’s not all, PlayStation may be upping its game with the testing of a new video service that utilizes the Sony Pictures empire and will be rolled into PS Plus subscriptions. Also, the hand and face of Overwatch itself, Jeff Kaplan, has left Blizzard. What does it mean for the franchise?
