After hours of darkness, Epic Games broke the silence with a new trailer for Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 1.

Fortnite Chapter 2 is real and Epic Games is looking to make the battle royale game even more epic with a brand-new trailer showcasing the game’s Battlepass.

In the new trailer players get a glimpse of several noticeable things that are new, including boats, new locations, new ways to level up, and a ton of other things. This all came after several hours of radio silence following yesterday’s season ending ‘The End’ event in which the entirety of Fortnite was sucked into a black hole.

Based on the trailer, it looks like Epic has been hard at work revamping the battle royale game to make it even better than it was. The trailer teases things like boats, which could point towards an even larger map than before. It also looks like we’ll see increased level caps, as well as the ability to carry your teammates bodies.

You can check out the full trailer for yourself embedded here in this article. The trailer actually leaked earlier today, but Epic has officially revealed it, showcasing everything that players need to know about Fortnite Chapter 2’s first Battlepass. Of course, no pricing information is available just yet, though we imagine it will probably run the same as previous Battlepasses have. Either way, it’s nice to know that Epic is trying to improve upon the formula that they’ve already created.

We’ll continue to keep an eye out for more information about Fortnite Chapter 2. In fact, we have a constantly updating article with all the info you need to know about Fortnite Chapter 2’s release time, so make sure you check that out for more answers. All we can do now is wait for more info about Fortnite Chapter 2 to drop. At least players can rest easy knowing that Fortnite isn’t dead, though, which is probably a heavy weight off some people’s shoulders.
