Get ready for a super strange space mystery as Outer Wilds comes to PlayStation 4 next week.

If you haven't been in the know, let us educate you on this charming space game – not to be confused, of course, with the totally different RPG, The Outer Worlds. Two different games, there. No, instead of an RPG, Outer Wilds is an intriguing title with a few twists that you wouldn't expect from the genre. You'll explore an expansive handcrafted solar system in the world, while looking to unravel the answers behind an "ancient secret," as the trailer teases.

There's a new clip out now that shows off the game once more for the PlayStation 4 crowd, now that the cat's out of the bag. Check it out below.

The "open world mystery," as the game is described, has you figuring out what's going on with a solar system that's caught in a 20 minute time loop. Every 20 minutes, you're forced to go back in time to wake up at the same time. Across multiple loops, you'll explore multiple planets throughout the Solar System. It's an intriguing premise, to be sure. It also ensures that you have to fail several times if you ever want to solve the puzzle you'll find yourself dealing with throughout the game.

The game was originally released on Xbox One and PC, and as of October 15, it will be available on PlayStation 4 as well for your convenience – now you can get it basically everywhere. Previously, Outer Wilds won the Seamus McNally Grand Prize and Excellence in Design awards at the 2015 Independent Games Festival. It also has our stamp of approval as a legitimately interesting game.
