Unfortunately, it doesn't look like you can download Zombs Royale just yet., at least not on PC. You can, however, download the game on iOS and Android. Fortunately, though, there are two ways you can play the game. First, you can simply head over to the official website, where you can load the game right in your browser. You can also play it via Discord, which will make it even easier to team up with your friends.

Playing Zombs Royale is pretty simple. Since the game can be played right in your browser, the controls themselves are exceptionally simple. You can change the FPS limit, as well as change out the resolution and window size from the game itself. As far as controls go, the standard WSAD system will take care of most of your movements.
