League of Legends' auto-battler Teamfight Tactics just received patch 9.15B, and there are plenty of changes to go through.
According to Riot Games, this week the team made "light changes" to outlier champions and items, looking for ways to see how the meta has naturally evolved over the course of two weeks with "minimal" input from them. They feel it's doing well right now, but a bit of intervention was required.
Namely, Karthus and Kayle have been nerfed a bit because they're "just too strong." Runaan's Hurricane has been buffed, however, and a few other items have been as well to offer players more choices. Here's a full breakdown of the changes.
Fixed a bug so that other allies properly prioritize the target of Blitzcrank's ability...again.

Keep it locked to Shacknews for additional updates in the Teamfight Tactics department. In the meantime, here's how you can learn to play the game.
