Hasbro's Marvel Legends collection is full of detailed figures representing Marvel's most iconic heroes and villains. As fans already know, Hasbro introduces new characters and new costumes regularly, and the latest arrives in the form of the new 80th Anniversary Marvel Legends Colossus and Juggernaut figures.

I was able to track down one of these new sets ahead of their release and simply couldn't wait to open the box and check things out. Doing so was the perfect opportunity for the latest Shacknews unboxing: Marvel Legends series Colossus and Juggernaut. Check out the goods in the video below.

The two figures are inspired by the issue 102 of X-Men, where Colossus and Juggernaut first clashed. They're six-inch scale, though Colossus actually stands about eight inches tall, and Juggernaut stands around nine. They also include a few extras: Both figures get an extra pair of hands, while Juggernaut also gets an alternate and removable battle-damaged head and helmet.

A thing to note about Juggernaut, though: The default helmet that's attached to him is one solid piece. That evil grin can only be seen through the helmet; you can't remove it to see the head underneath.

Both figures have great articulation, making for endless possibilities of fun, creative poses. And the paint on Colossus is incredibly shiny, more than any other Colossus figures I've seen in my lifetime. It just looks amazing.

The Marvel Legends Series 80th Anniversary Colossus vs. Juggernaut set will be sold at the usual outlets, toy stores, and online retailers, with a price set at $59.99. More details about the set can be found from Hasbro Pulse. For more unboxing videos and reviews, check out Shacknews and GamerHubTV on YouTube.
