How to change costumes in Fire Emblem: Three Houses

If you want to change your costumes or outfits in Fire Emblem: Three Houses, then you’ll need to play through the game to a certain point in the story. The option to change your outfit isn’t available until you’ve made it to the Officer’s Academy and chosen your starting House.

After you have decided which House you want to choose, you’ll start receiving one free day at the end of each week. It’s on this day that you’ll be able to change your outfit. While free-roaming around the Officer’s Academy, look for the option to change your costume at the small desk located in your room. Your room is where you’ll begin each free-day excursion.

Players can customize their hero's costume and outfit at the desk in their room.

When Fire Emblem: Three Houses first launched, this option wasn’t readily available. Instead, you had to wait until much later in the game. However, as long as you have the latest patch for the new RPG, you should be able to visit your desk and change into another costume. If the option isn’t available, then ensure you don’t need to download the patch and make sure you even have any additional costumes available.
