Wolfenstein Youngblood launch trailer's Jess and Soph look for Dad

Published , by Brittany Vincent

The launch trailer for Wolfenstein Youngblood is here, and it's about to release this Friday. What better time to take a look at what you can expect from the daughters Blazkowicz?

This Wolfenstein side story finds Jess and Soph Blazkowicz on the hunt for their father B.J., who's gone missing with no less, apparently. This takes the Terror Twins on a journey to the catacombs of Paris so they can, well, kill some Nazis in an attempt to find where their father has run off to. They'll have to pull out all the stops to find him, and leave lots of corpses in their wake, just like dear old Dad.

The game takes place 19 years after the American Revolution, where the American people pushed the Germans out of their country to reclaim freedom once more. Now, with B.J. missing, his daughters have to rise up and take his place to figure out what's going on as they descend upon the alternate reality version of 1980s Paris and start putting a hurt on some fascists.

You can expect to play Wolfenstein Youngblood when it launches July 26, 2019, on PC, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One. B.J. may be MIA right now, but as you can see very clearly in the trailer, his daughters aren't going to sit by and take anything the Nazis have in store. Hopefully they find their dad and all's well.

In the meantime, better go ahead and brush up on your Nazi-slaying skills by training with one of the games their dad starred in, like Wolfenstein: The New Colossus. You're going to need all the help you can get to quell this big of a menace.
