In this guide we’ll show you how to navigate the Lost Woods, which requires a special item called Tingle’s Dowser. We’ll also show you how to get Tingle’s Dowser, which might be a bit confusing at first.

How to get Tingle’s Dowser

Before you can properly navigate the winding maze of the Lost Woods, you’re going to need to get your hands on Tingle’s Dowser. Trying to navigate the Lost Woods without Tingle’s Dowser will end up with you just constantly repeating the areas, until you find yourself back at the start. To unlock this item, look for the small stump near the start of the Lost Woods that has a door cut into it. Enter this stump to enter Tingle’s Minigame Room.
