Nintendo finally revealed details about the upcoming Limited Editions of Link's Awakening.

There’s no doubt that The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening was one of the most exciting things we saw more of this year at E3 2019. Sure, there’s a new Breath of the Wild sequel in the works, but we know when Link’s Awakening is releasing, and the game itself is just a classic in the Nintendo family. On top of revealing the game’s upcoming release date, we also learned more about the Limited Edition and Dreamer Edition versions of the game.

While Nintendo has revealed details of the Dreamer Edition and the Limited Edition (the Limited Edition looks far more enticing), the latter has only been confirmed for a European release, which means western fans will miss out on all the goodies it includes.

The Limited Edition of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening will include a 120-page artbook, the game itself, and a Game Boy Steelbook. The Steelbook itself is by far the most exciting part of the entire package, as it includes that original Game Boy look, complete with a The Legend of Zelda: Links Awakening title screen.

On the other side of things, the Dreamer Edition of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening will include the base game itself as well as an artbook called the “Dreamer Art Book”. It’s unclear how much art the book will contain, but no other goodies appear to be included with this one. We’ll keep an eye out for more information, though, to see if the Limited Edition is going to be available anywhere outside of Europe.
