EA Play 2019: Apex Legends gets Ranked mode in Season 2

Respawn's battle royale will be receiving a new way to play in its next major update.

EA Play is home to all of the publishers E3 related content and announcements. Apex Legends, the breakout hit battle royale was featured at the show and had a handful of announcements to make. One of them is that a new ranked mode will be making its way in Season 2. Ranked mode will have skill-based matchmaking, giving players the opportunity to rise through six different tiers starting with bronze and all the way up to Apex Predator.
