ELEAGUE Rocket League Invitational set for Final Four weekend

The NCAA college basketball tournament for all the marbles has been unfolding for past couple of weeks. It's set to come to a head with the Final Four, set to run in early April. As fans wait for those games to tip off, it looks like Rocket League developer Psyonix will have a presence at ths upcoming NCAA Final Four Fan Fest, along with the people at Turner's ELEAGUE.

The NCAA Final Four Fan Fest in Minneapolis, Minnesota will be home to the first ever ELEAGUE CRL Spring Invitational, bringing together four of the top four collegiate Rocket League squads in the country. From a field of 64 teams that entered the CRL Spring Season, only four remain standing in a single-elimination bracket. The University of Akron will face off against the University of Redlands, while the University of Central Florida goes up against Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute. The games are set to air on Sunday, April 7 on the ELEAGUE Twitch channel.

Fans who are on site at the ELEAGUE x Rocket League Game Zone inside the Minneapolis Convention Center can engage in a handful of Rocket League activities. A multitude of Rocket League game stations will be available, in case anyone's up for some scrimmages. Meanwhile, fans attending on Friday, Saturday, or Monday can visit the AXE Skills Workshop to try and up their commentary game by working with a commentary team on site, who will help them improve their skills in various facets. The workshop will run from 12-2PM CT. Lastly, the University of Minnesota Twin Cities will offer a warm-up for Sunday's action with some showcase matches set to run on Saturday from 2-7PM CT.

The NCAA Final Four Fan Fest is set to run from April 5-8 from the Minneapolis Convention Center. The ELEAGUE x Rocket League Game Zone will be open for the duration of the event, while the ELEAGUE CRL Spring Invitational plays out on Sunday.
