While at GDC 2019, we caught up with Richard Rouse, one of the game designers behind the upcoming cult-infiltration game The Church in the Darkness. For your viewing pleasure, we've got a full video interview where Rouse speaks on the what players can expect, the mystery that will be unraveled, being inspired by the original Castle Wolfenstein.

In The Church in the Darkness, players are thrust into the 1970s for an experience that changes with each playthrough. Players are tasked with infiltrating an extremist religious sect called the Collective Justice Mission in South America. Your initial goal into to seek out a relative that has gotten mixed in with the bunch, but start to learn that there's more going on.
