ToeJam and Earl are bringing the funk once more with their newest adventure, ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove!

It's the fourth entry for the groovy pair, and ToeJam and Earl are taking a joyride on Lamont's Rapmaster Rocket to bring everyone a "funky revolution." And oh, how funky it is.

The new riff on the classic series from HumaNature Studios, fronted by one of the original co-creators Greg Johnson, is finally available for you to pick up and play now. Yes, right now – no more waiting and hotly anticipating!

The popular '90s due returns for another round of hijinks as they hope to impress Latisha and Lewanda. To do so, they've commandeered (they would probably use the word "borrowed") the Rapmaster Rocket. After a black hole-related mishap, they find themselves on what's left of Earth as they scramble to return to their home wold of Funkotron before something really terrible happens.

The game is comprised of procedurally-generated levels with random effects to assist ToeJam & Earl in finding the parts of their ship so they can go home again. You'll stumble across Icarus Wings, Boomboxes, rocket skates, and a selection of other goodies to make their eventual return home a lot simpler.

“ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove! is what I’ve been wanting to do for the series for over 20 years,” said Greg Johnson, founder of HumaNature Studios. “We’ve included pretty much all of the original 'old skool' characters and presents, and we have a TRUCKLOAD of new surprises, many of them fan-inspired. I think we’ve captured the spirit of the original game, as well as a lot of what people loved about game two. I think this is what our fans have been waiting for. I can’t wait to see what they think!”

Can't wait to get your groove on? We don't blame you. Hop off this article and go grab it now!
