Game to watch

Just like last season, the New York Excelsior are proving that they're the team to beat in the regular season, sitting alone atop the standings with a 4-0 record. Following its postseason disappointment, the XL roster is back with a vengeance. But it's more than the core roster, it's also a new face that's doing some serious damage. Yeon-Gwan "Nenne" Jeong was promoted from the XL's Overwatch Contenders roster and is making quite the early impression, leading the league in eliminations over the first two weeks. He's making for a strong one-two punch alongside Tae-Hong "Mek0" Kim.

The Excelsior face their biggest test to date, as they take on the Seoul Dynasty, entering Week 3 with a 2-1 record. The 2018 MVP runner-up Chan-Hyoeng "Fissure" Baek made all the headlines with his arrival, but it's ByungSun "Fleta" Kim and Min Hyuk "Michelle" Choi who are leading the team in eliminations and setting the table for Seoul's top level play.

The Seoul Dynasty will look to keep their hot start going and hand the NYXL their first loos of the season. But keep in mind that some of the NYXL's players have gotten off to slow starts, so this isn't even their final form! This game will close out Week 3 as the final match on Sunday.
