Digital Extremes set the gaming world and Warframe community on fire at last year's TennoCon with the reveal of a new open world gaming space Fortuna, a Nintendo Switch port, and a whole lot more. Today, the event production crew is getting the ball rolling for TennoCon 2019 by revealing ticket prices and the official charity partner for the event that celebrates one of the most engaging free-to-play games around.

For TennoCon 2019, the fourth-annual celebration of Warframe, Digital Extremes is teaming up with the Canadian Mental Health Association via the Middlesex Branch in London, Ontario. TennoCon 2019 takes place July 6, 2019, at the London, Ontario Convention Center and will feature an annual cosplay contest ($6,000 CAD first-place award), playable game kiosks, staff and partner-led panels, activities, and the TennoLive keynote. Those hoping to attend can do so via one of the ticket tiers described below. All tiers go on sale on Thursday, February 28, 2019 on the official TennoCon 2019 webpage:

A portion of the TennoCon 2019 proceeds will go toward CMHA, one of the oldest organizations in Canada. The org provides mental health services and support for Canadians via more than 11,000 voluinteers and staff in over 330 communities.

"CMHA Middlesex is excited to partner with Digital Extremes and bring a greater understanding of self-care and mental health to the digital and gaming industry," said Beth Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer, Canadian Mental Health Association, Middlesex, in the press release. "Mental health and addictions are at the forefront of our society's conversations, and as more individuals come forward we are thankful for the partnerships with community-focused organizations that help us promote positive mental health and support those with mental health concerns. We look forward to partnering with Digital Extremes and continuing the conversation around mentally healthy lifestyles for the gaming community."

Fortuna and Railjack were incredible Warframe reveals for TennoCon 2018 and the event also closed with a tease of The New War, a story-focused expansion in development for the game. TennoCon 2019 should serve as a way for Digital Extremes to share more details on The New War, along with a ton of other Warframe surprises. Stay tuned to Shacknews for additional updates.
