It's easy to forget that a lot of games fall under the Square Enix umbrella. And while occasionally, a branch of those games will go on sale, it's rare to see the whole package get discounts nearly across the board. Steam is here this weekend with the full Square Enix catalog, from the classic Final Fantasy games to the modern western action games from developers like Crystal Dynamics and Avalanche Studios.

The two big highlights are Just Cause 4 and Shadow of The Tomb Raider, both of which are going for half-off. But if you're looking for an old-school RPG, the Final Fantasy series awaits, as does other classic Square RPGs, like Chrono Trigger.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
