Platinum Games has announced its latest project, Astral Chain, by way of today's Nintendo Direct.
During the Direct, we got a sneak peek of the anime-centric action adventure that takes place in a cyberpunk future and multi-cultural city. A special police force is tasked with working with the humanoid special weapon known as "Legion." Nintendo has specified that players will enter combat in a "synergetic action system of battle and exploration," though we're not quite sure at this point what that means, exactly.
You'll be able to choose between two characters as you make your way through the world. The character you don't choose will be available in-game as your younger twin and member of the Neuron police force.
