There's always something interesting going on in Destiny 2, and the latest offering from the developers at Bungie has players seeking to unlock the Bergusia forge by completing the Niobe Labs puzzle. Unlike previous forges introduced as part of the Black Armory update, the Bergusia forge is the fourth and final, and will open up for all players once it's been unlocked. That means the entirety of the Destiny 2 player base is now in a dash to figure out how to complete the Niobe Labs puzzle and unlock the Bergusia forge.

Destiny 2 - Quest to unlock the Bergusia forge

It was only a few weeks ago when Bungie introduced the Black Armory into Destiny 2, allowing players to unlock four forges and craft their own powerful weapons. Since that time three forges have been unlocked, those being Volundr, Gofannon, and Izanami.

Today, Bungie released the fourth forge, but there's a catch: In order to unlock the Bergusia forge, players need to solve the Niobe Labs puzzle. Unlike with previous forges, only one person or fireteam needs to solve the puzzle to unlock the forge for all Guardians. This event has created quite the buzz in the community, as popular Twitch streamers race to solve the Niobe Labs puzzle and unlock the Bergusia forge for all.

The Tweet from Bungie provides a hyperlink to the Destiny 2 page over on Twitch, where top streamers are doing their best to unravel the mysteries surrounding Niobe Labs and the Bergusia forge. It's likely no coincidence that KingGothalion, the streamer with the highest view count right now, seems to be furthest along the path. Check out his stream in the embed below.

It's entirely possible that we'll learn some new information on how to unlock the Bergusia forge through Twitch streams or through posts made on the Destiny 2 subreddit. If we do, we'll be sure to post an update to this guide. Until then, it's happy hunting to all the Guardians out there.
