PGA golfers get goofy with Fortnite emotes

Professional golfers may have to know how to make their bodies work in synchronization in order to achieve that perfect swing, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're light on their feet when it comes to dancing. They also don't necessarily strike me as the kind of folks who spend their evenings trying to be the last man standing in a Fortnite battle royale game. Despite their commonality ending with the fact that they both have golf carts for players to use, a handful of good sports currently on the PGA Tour took some time out from their busy schedule to familiarize themselves with some of Fortnite's grooving dance emotes and give them a try for themselves.

In a video posted earlier today on the PGA Champions Tour Twitter account, each player picked their emotes randomly from a basket of golf balls that each had a different dance written down on them. You can check out pro golfers Bernhard Langer, Tim Petrovic, Paul Broadhurst, Miguel Ángel Jiménez, Tom Lehman, Esteban Toledo, Kevin Sutherland, and Jerry Smith, as they attempt to make it rain, disco dance, do the Carlton, and more in the video below.

I'd say most of them should probably stick to their day jobs as highly paid athletes, but you really can't deny that Miguel Ángel Jiménez has the moves. For all the latest PGA Champions Tour details feel free to follow them on Twitter or check out their website.

Fortnite is now available on every console and mobile platform out there and just recently surpassed 8 million active users, which is more than Steam has in total, and probably has the team at Epic doing some goofy dances of their own.
