Square Enix's Kingdom Hearts –The Story So Far– collection, which includes nine magical chapters of the iconic RPG series, will make sure you get up to speed on what can be a convoluted story just before you get your hands on the newest installment.
The compilation comes with this selection of games, according to Square Enix:

The collection is coming to PlayStation 4 on October 30 for $39.99, which is an excellent deal for all the core Kingdom Hearts games in one place. If you're looking to get started in the series or just want to go back and experience everything again before the finale, you can preorder the game now. There doesn't appear to be any mention of an Xbox One or Nintendo Switch version of the collection, however, so you'll need to make sure you have a PlayStation 4 if you want to go back further into the archives.
