Soundfall developer talks rhythm game influence, using Unreal engine, and more

This unique debut from Drastic Games will have you nodding and tapping your foot to the beat while fighting through the dungeons.

Soundfall is a top-down twin-stick shooter with a unique hook that focuses on music. The dungeons are procedurally generated based on music and the player's movements and attacks are enhanced by doing them on beat with the tunes.

We chatted with developer Nick Cooper about his studio's debut title and what fans can expect. Check out the interview below to learn where the idea for the game came from, using the unreal engine, and more. Feel free to leave some comments on the video and share your thoughts on this look at Soundfall!
