Grand Theft Auto 5 isn't the only massive Rockstar game getting the first-person treatment. After GTA 5 got the new perspective added post-launch, it seems like Rockstar liked the feedback from the community and is including the first-person perspective in Red Dead Redemption 2 at launch ion October.
The first-person mode, as reported by IGN, can be activated at any time by cycling through the various camera options in Red Dead Redemption 2 and it works with the entire game.
Today, we also learned there are some survival elements coming to the Red Dead series in the form of health management and weapon degradation. With the a first-person perspective as part of the full equation, players are in store for an incredibly immersive Wild West experience when Red Dead Redemption 2 launches October 26, 2018.
