It looks like soccer fans are in for a visual treat with this year's PES.

Pro Evolution Soccer is one of the biggest game franchises in the world. With the upcoming PES 19, the game is finally making the full jump to the current-gen consoles exclusively. This means that for the first time the dev team is using a native 4K engine and is shaping up to be the best looking PES to date.

Our team sat down with a couple members of the PES 19 team to get an in-depth look at this year’s gameplay. The current-gen only engine is definitely making a much more stunning visual presentation, but there’s more than just a new layer of paint on this year’s iteration. PES 19 will have several licensed leagues this year and there’s a special David Beckham edition that will come with a special modern-day Beckham skin for fans to use in the game.

Check out the video interview below for a full recap of everything that players can look forward to when PES 19 launches later this year. Right now PES 19 is set for an August 28 on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
