Sucker Punch, the well-known developer behind the Sly Cooper and Infamous games, opened the PlayStation media showcase with a new Sony exclusive samurai title: Ghost of Tsushima. The brief clips of gameplay show a third-person action experience reminiscent of the recent Sony console exclusive, Nioh.

The developers discussed the game after the showcase. It's been in development for three and a half years and seems to be adopting the open world of their Infamous games while giving players a true samurai experience.

This was arguably the biggest reveal of the Paris Games Week media showcase for PlayStation and we'll likely get even more information at the upcoming PlayStation Experience in December.
