Disney's D23 2017 is still going on, but Oculus Studos just dropped a VR news bomb on the fans. Marvel Powers United VR will be an Oculus Rift exclusive game coming later this year.

Sanzaru Games definitely appears to be inspired by the breakthrough The Unspoken VR game that allowed players to use magical powers with their hands. Similar gesture-based gameplay mechanics appeared in the trailer shown at D23 2017 with some of our favorite Marvel characters. Oculus and Marvel also announced that the game will be available for playable demos at San Diego Comic Con 2017 next week. Sanzaru Games also released VR Sports Challenge and Rip Coil last year as Oculus Rift exclusives.
