I think e3 has given enough, so long as there are no Lets Plays prior to launch you'll be fine I think.

How likely do you think it will be that Nintendo gets a lot of 1st and 2nd places for game of the year?

It's definitely possible but I don't think it's going to happen, at least not frequently. There's been more than a couple excellent releases by other studios already this year.
