E3 2017: Devolver Digital Had a Press Conference and It Was Wacky

The 15-minute presentation showed some game like Serious Sam's Bogus Detour, but the show was probably more entertaining and off the wall than the games shown.

Publisher Devolver Digital had a rather short and wacky E3 "press conference" that was probably more entertaining that some of the games shown. When you feature a computer screen that sucks up money, or can have someone getting their hand cut off with blood spurting all over (figuratively, of course), then you've got something worth watching.

Devolver did show off games like Ruiner and Serious Sam's Bogus Detour, but interspersed between the games were comedy shticks that had one exec firing a gun full of blanks to calm the crowd, and cut-ins of fake movie audience reacting to the shenanigans. You know Devolver wasn't taking itself too seriously when the tag line for the show was "Tomorrow's Unethical Business Practices Today!"

You really have to see it to believe it. Your head will explode. Check it out.
