Q-Games' latest PixelJunk game isn't really a game per se. Instead, it's a music creation app that utilizes the PlayStation Move. "This is an instrument built from the ground-up to fully utilize the PlayStation Move hardware," Q-Games' Rowan Parker explained. "We've built a Virtual Canvas in space for you. Your PlayStation Move is then tracked through space using a vibrant palette of changing sphere colors. Imagine an intricate Audio Canvas floating in space that you can use to paint and craft music on."

Q-Games' PixelJunk Eden is on its way to Steam next week. The game will cost $9.99, and will include the "Encore" expansion pack for free.
New to the PC release is the ability to warp back to your last resting position, helpful for when you take a one-minute long fall off the top of the level. Plus, you can save your progress within each garden, so you can pick up where you left off rather than restarting from the beginning.

After months of closed beta testing, PixelJunk Monsters Online is officially open to all on Facebook. After a number of successful games on PlayStation Network, this is developer Q-Games' first foray into social games with the PixelJunk brand.
PixelJunk Monsters Online plays very similarly to the original tower defense game on PS3 and PSP, letting players build and buy towers to survive an increasingly powerful onslaught of enemies. New to the social version is a world map system that promises to add "a brand new strategic layer to the game."

Q-Games' odd PlayStation Move-enabled music creation app, PixelJunk lifelike, is changing its name to the much more mysterious (and oddly alluring) PixelJunk 4am.
The app is a collaboration with Baiyon, a Kyoto-based musical artist that previously worked on PixelJunk Eden. "PixelJunk 4am is something unique that has never been tried before, so we're treading in new territory," Baiyon said in a press release. "We're using the PlayStation Move in truly experimental ways to give people control of making their own style of music."
