After pledging to offer identity theft protection for members in its region, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has detailed its own "Welcome Back" program for PlayStation Network users.

Nick Caplin--Head of Communications at SCEE--revealed [via the PlayStation Europe blog] that affected PS3 users in the region will be able to select two free titles (from a list of five) and PSP users will be given a choice of two titles (from a list of four) as part of the goodwill initiative.
