GOG holiday sale launches: 50% off almost everything

Good Old Games, virtuous virtual vendor of vintage video games, has launched its huge holidays sale, cutting the price of almost every game by 50%. GOG does support gifting, so it might be a good opportunity to pick up a classic or two for chums.

Lands of Lore 1 & 2 land on GOG

The Witcher 2 digital sales breakdown: 81% through Steam

Steam accounted for 81% of all The Witcher 2 digital sales in the first six months, CD Projekt has revealed by announcing its digital sales figures. GOG rung up 35% of the 240,000-odd sales, while all other platforms combined only made up 4%.
