After opening up to the public for the first time last year, GameStop is moving its annual EXPO to Las Vegas. Not only will this year's show remain public, it will be bigger than before. Of particular note, GameStop promises "an in-depth look" at PS4 "and its exciting launch lineup" during the show.

The one-day show will take place on August 28th at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, and should feature "more than 80 developers, publishers, and vendors."

Retail giant GameStop will be closing approximately 250 stores in 2013, but will be opening 60-70 new ones during the same period. This is part of an apparent consolidation effort, to close locations that have grown unprofitable or only marginally profitable, while funneling customers toward other nearby locations.
