[Update: 1:40pm] A Square Enix rep tells Shacknews that Deus Ex: Human Revolution will only get a standard and Augmented edition release in North America. In order to get all of the in-game content offered in the Collector's Edition, North American users would have to pre-order the game twice, as multiple retailers are offering different pieces of content.
