Games developed for PlayStation Mobile will be distributed via the PlayStation Store, and Sony has confirmed that games purchased for one platform will be playable any other device registered to the same PlayStation Network ID.

Sony has confirmed that PlayStation All-Stars will be a "Cross Buy" game. What does that mean? It means if you buy the PS3 version of the game, you'll get the Vita version of the game for free as well.
