Gaijin's X-Blades somehow continues to astound. In some of the new screenshots, it looks like Ayumi isn't wearing underpants. In others ...is she morphing into an angel? X-Blades is slated to arrive on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 at some point this winter.

To be honest, I didn't think that there was much of X-Blades left to see. I mean, we've seen just about every conceivable angle of the scantily clad protagonist Ayumi.

But have you ever seen her facing the camera while looking away? See how distracted she is? She has better things to do, like saving the world from evil while fulfilling your every command, which is probably less creepy than it sounds. It may even be fun!

Expect the Gaijin-developed action game to hit PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 this winter.

Publisher SouthPeak has provided another glimpse of Gaijin's fall-due action game X-Blades (PC, PS3, 360), showing that even when Ayumi is using her soul-consuming dark power to attack faster, she doesn't need much in the way of clothing.

New screenshots of Gaijin's anime-inspired hack and slash action game X-Blades (PC, PS3, 360) have arrived, showing off some of lead character Ayumi's outfits beyond what the company described as the "'sexy' outfit that fans have come to know and love." In addition to that "sexy" suit, Ayumi will be able to equip costumes that either recharge health faster or offer increased defense from enemy attacks.
